Al Nassr FC were crowned champions of the Saudi Pro League on Thursday night after a commanding 4-2 victory over relegation-threatened Damac FC in a dramatic final-day showdown.

The title race went down to the wire after Al Nassr dropped crucial points against fierce rivals Al Hilal SFC in the previous round, leaving the championship hanging in the balance heading into the season’s final fixture.

With no room for error, Al Nassr delivered when it mattered most. Former Liverpool star Sadio Mané opened the scoring in the first half to settle nerves before the champions turned on the style after the break.

Kingsley Coman added another goal in the second half, while captain Cristiano Ronaldo produced a match-winning brace to seal a memorable victory and confirm Al Nassr as league champions.

The triumph marks Ronaldo’s first Saudi Pro League title since joining the Riyadh-based club and caps off a remarkable campaign for the Portuguese superstar, whose goals and leadership proved decisive throughout the season.

Despite a spirited effort from Damac, who were battling to avoid relegation, Al Nassr’s quality ultimately shone through as they celebrated a historic night in Saudi football.
