Hazard Snubs Ronaldo, Neymar, Yamal: Declares Messi the Only Better Dribbler

Eden-Hazard-Retires-From-Professional-Football

Former Chelsea and Real Madrid forward, Eden Hazard, has declared Lionel Messi as the only player superior to him in dribbling, brushing aside the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, and Barcelona wonderkid Lamine Yamal.

Hazard made the revelation in a recent video shared on the official UEFA Champions League account on X. The Belgian was asked to remain silent until he heard the name of a footballer he believed was a better dribbler than him.

One by one, names such as Paris Saint-Germain’s Desire Doue, AC Milan’s Rafael Leão, PSG’s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and Barcelona’s Raphinha were mentioned — but Hazard showed no reaction.

Even when Riyad Mahrez, Vinícius Jr., Ronaldo, and Yamal were brought up, the 34-year-old stayed silent, though he appeared to pause for thought when Neymar’s name was mentioned.

However, Hazard finally broke his silence when Messi’s name came up, conceding that the Argentine World Cup winner was the only dribbler greater than him.

Hazard, who dazzled fans with his flair at Chelsea and had a brief stint at Real Madrid, retired from professional football in October 2023 at the age of 32.
