The group made its position known on Wednesday during a meeting with the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Obi.

Led by its Director-General, Hon. John Ughulu, the delegation discussed the movement’s mobilisation strategy and its planned role in the 2027 presidential campaign.

The meeting was attended by several national and zonal leaders, including the National Secretary, Saadatu Mohammed Sanni; National Director of Administration and Human Resources, Mrs Aisha Aliyu Abdulrahman; and National Director of Operations, Hon. Francis Nnodi.

Others included the Director of Mobilisation and Outreach, Rev. Victor Ekam, as well as zonal coordinators Chris Elijah for the South-South, Adefolaseye Adebayo for the South-West, and Alhaji Sulaiman Abubakar for the North-Central.

The National Executive Council and zonal coordinators pledged to intensify grassroots mobilisation, improve coordination and deepen voter engagement across the country ahead of the 2027 elections.

They also expressed their determination to work tirelessly towards the emergence of Obi and his running mate under the NDC platform.

“The mission is clear. The commitment is unwavering. NDC all the way,” the group declared.

The OK Movement is a political support group comprising supporters of Peter Obi and Rabi’u Kwankwaso.
