‘Don’t Test Us Again’: Netanyahu Warns Iran of ‘Far More Powerful’ Retaliation

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has issued a stern warning to Iran, declaring that any fresh attack on Israel would trigger a significantly stronger military response than previous strikes.

Speaking at a conference in Dimona on Tuesday, Netanyahu said Israel would no longer tolerate attacks without delivering a decisive response.

“I will say it to the leaders of Iran: Do not count on things remaining quiet if you attack us,” he said.

“The days are over when someone strikes us and we don’t hit back with a decisive blow.”

Netanyahu stressed that any future military action against Iran would surpass the scale and intensity of the joint strikes carried out earlier this year with the support of the United States.

“Do not count on a rerun, because it will not be a rerun,” he said. “That was already powerful enough. This will be a different event, much more powerful.”

The Israeli leader made the remarks in Dimona, a southern Israeli town that is home to a nuclear research facility widely believed to be linked to Israel’s undeclared nuclear weapons programme, although the country has never officially confirmed possessing nuclear arms.

His warning comes amid renewed military tensions in the Middle East. Earlier on Tuesday, the United States launched fresh strikes on Iran, including attacks on the port city of Bushehr, which hosts Iran’s only civilian nuclear power plant.

US President Donald Trump also vowed to reimpose a blockade on Iranian ports, further escalating pressure on Tehran.

Iran has responded to the latest US military action by launching missiles targeting American allies in the region, raising fears of a broader regional conflict.
