Nigerian businessman and media commentator, Isaac Fayose, has announced the death of his wife following a reported battle with cancer.
Fayose disclosed the heartbreaking news on Saturday via his social media platforms, where he paid an emotional tribute to his late wife.
In a brief but touching post, he wrote, “Rest in peace my darling wife,” alongside a photograph of her.
He also added the Yoruba phrase, “Odaro oyibo mi,” which translates to “Good night, my white woman.”
Although Fayose did not reveal further details surrounding her passing, reports gathered indicate that she had been battling cancer before her death.
The announcement has since sparked an outpouring of condolences from friends, supporters, and followers across social media.
