Nigeria’s Super Eagles have been drawn in Group D of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifications, with Benin Republic, Rwanda, and Libya.

This comes after a draw was held in South Africa on Thursday to lay out the route to Morocco in 2025.

The draw comprises 48 countries divided into 12 groups of four teams each, with the top two teams qualifying straight for the tournament, which will take place from December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026.

The qualifications will begin in September and run through November 2025.
