Ogun TESCOM Urges Staff to Redouble Efforts for Effective Service Delivery in 2025

The Ogun State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has called on its staff to intensify efforts towards ensuring efficient service delivery and justifying their remuneration. This appeal was made during a New Year prayer session held at the TESCOM Conference Room, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, led by the Permanent Secretary of the commission, Melutia Ogunremi.

During the session, Ogunremi expressed her gratitude to God for His mercy and protection over the management and staff throughout the previous years. She emphasized the significance of prayers as the foundation for success and encouraged all staff to remain dedicated to their roles.

Ogunremi further reminded staff of the need to adhere to the oath of secrecy, maintain discipline, and seek clarification whenever in doubt to ensure smooth operations within the commission.

The Commissioner in TESCOM, Moruf Adesegun, also addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of teamwork and unity among staff. He noted that collaboration had been a key factor in the commission’s achievements in the past year and urged the team to remain dedicated and focused on their duties in the coming year.

Additionally, the Principal-General of the Remo Division, Dr. Womiloju Ayodele, who spoke on behalf of other principals-general, called for increased commitment to work. She pointed out that the rewards of hard work often go beyond immediate monetary gains, emphasizing that long-term success and personal growth are the fruits of diligence and dedication.

The session served as both a spiritual reflection and a call to action, setting a positive tone for the new year as the Ogun TESCOM team strives for excellence in 2025.
