Almost a month after its initial release date, the much-awaited book is set to be presented formally on November 17, 2020.
The virtual presentation will offer guests information relevant to private equity investors, companies seeking funds, financing deals, and managers wishing to buy out a company as well as have the opportunity to ask questions about the legal principles guiding private equity funding.
