Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has congratulated the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Chief Nyesom Wike, on the occasion of his 58th birthday, praising his commitment to public service and the visible impact of his leadership in Abuja.

In a goodwill message personally signed in Port Harcourt on Saturday, Governor Fubara said Rivers State remains proud of the former governor for the scale of infrastructural development recorded in the FCT under his stewardship.

Speaking on behalf of his family and the people of Rivers State, Fubara described the celebration as significant, noting that it comes at a time when Wike’s leadership in the FCT has continued to attract national attention due to its strong infrastructural footprint.

He commended Wike’s leadership qualities, saying they have translated into positive and unprecedented contributions to the development of the nation’s capital, particularly in the expansion of public infrastructure and improved service delivery.

“We are proud of you. You have continued to provide enduring infrastructural development in Abuja, reinforcing your reputation as a public servant committed to results and the advancement of the Nigerian capital city,” Fubara said.

The governor wished the FCT minister a fulfilling celebration and many more years of impactful service to the nation.
