Music Star, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley has been ordered by a mobile court in Abuja to pay a fine of N200,000 for violating the COVID-19 protocols.
Barely 24 hours ago, a Lagos court had ordered the musician and his manager to pay N100,000 each for violating the COVID-19 protocols.
Nelsdaily.com had reported that the artist flew to Abuja from Lagos in a chartered plane belonging to Jets Services Ltd. which was booked for a judge.
The FCT Administration had filed four counts charge bordering on violation of COVID-19 guidelines against him following his concert which held on June 13 at Jabi Lake Mall, Abuja.

The concert sparked public condemnation after footage of the fun-seekers violating social distancing protocols came out to the public while the city was on lockdown.
Naira Marley pleaded guilty during his trial at the Eagle Square, Abuja, on Friday, and the presiding Magistrate Idayat Akanni ordered him to pay N200,000 fine.
The magistrate further ordered him to publish a public apology in any national newspaper.
