YOLA — The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has told President Bola Tinubu to prepare his handover note, insisting that Nigerians have lost faith in his administration and will not grant him a second term in 2027.
Speaking at the PDP state secretariat in Yola on Friday, the party’s Organising Secretary in Adamawa State, Hamza Madagali, said the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has failed Nigerians and lacks the direction to move the country forward.
According to Madagali, the outcome of the PDP’s recent ward congresses in Adamawa reflects a united front, signaling the opposition’s readiness to reclaim power.
He further stated that the composition of the National Convention committees confirmed that the APC’s days in power were numbered.
“Nigerians are wiser now; they now know the difference between original and fake,” Madagali declared. “The only way out is to return the PDP back to power.”
The PDP chieftain stressed that citizens have lost patience with Tinubu’s leadership and are determined not to “gamble with the future of their children” in the 2027 polls.
