Victory Dethrones Thelma to Become BBNaija S10’s Third Head of House

Victory Okokon has emerged as the new Head of House (HoH) on Big Brother Naija Season 10 after clinching victory in the Monday challenger game, dethroning Thelma Lawson less than 24 hours after her brief reign began.

The surprising shake-up comes as part of Big Brother’s evolving game dynamics, which now allow for swift HoH turnovers based on new weekly challenges. Victory’s win marks the third leadership change of the season and gives him significant power for the week ahead.

As part of his HoH privileges, Victory selected Joanna as both his deputy and house guest — a decision that caught many fans off guard, as several had speculated he would choose Gigi Jasmine.

With the win, Victory enjoys immunity from nominations, exclusive access to the HoH lounge, and the authority to influence major decisions in the house for the week.

This development comes shortly after Jason Jae made history as the first housemate to successfully defend the HoH title under the new twist.

Before her unexpected dethronement, Thelma Lawson had been named HoH during Sunday night’s games, making her the first female to hold the title this season. Her brief tenure, however, was cut short by the new Monday challenge format.
