Many injured as APC, ADC supporters clash in Ondo

Supporters of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and those of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, ensued in a violent clash at the Yaba area of Ondo town on Thursday evening.

Reports have it that the incident began a few hours before the local government election in the state which left many people seriously injured and no fewer than 15 vehicles vandalised in the clash.

The reason behind this clash is yet unknown but it was learnt that the clash was connected with the council poll which is coming up on Saturday, 22 August 2020.
