Victor Osimhen’s agent, George Gardi, has shut down growing speculation linking the Nigerian forward with a move away from Galatasaray, insisting the player is fully committed to the Turkish champions.
Osimhen spent the 2024/25 campaign on loan at Galatasaray before completing a permanent transfer this summer. Despite reports suggesting interest from European giants such as Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, the 26-year-old has no intention of leaving Istanbul any time soon.
Gardi, speaking to Sky Sports Germany, emphasized that Osimhen joined Galatasaray with a long-term vision in mind.
“Victor signed for a project, and it’s not just for a season,” he said. “He’s happy in Istanbul, he’s on a great salary, he’s loved by millions of fans, the team is competitive in the Champions League, and he’s playing great. Why change?”
Osimhen played a pivotal role in Galatasaray’s domestic double last season and has continued his impressive form, scoring nine goals in 12 matches across all competitions this term.
