Godwin Emefiele, former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), will now face corruption investigation as the Department of State Services (DSS) hands him over to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC for further investigation and possible prosecution.
Sources at the ministry of justice told Nelsdaily that the presidency has directed the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to handle Emefiele’s case.
