Kwankwaso Warns Rivals: NNPP Will Spring Surprises in 2027 Elections

The National Leader of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has cautioned political opponents against underestimating the party, declaring that it will defy expectations in the forthcoming general elections.

Kwankwaso made the remark while addressing party supporters at his residence on Miller Road, Kano, noting that many critics lack a proper understanding of Nigeria’s political dynamics.

According to the former two-term governor of Kano State, some opponents have dismissed the NNPP as insignificant, a perception he described as misguided.

“A lot of people who don’t understand politics are underrating us. Some are even calling us children. We will shock them at the polls with the outcome of the elections,” he said.

Reassuring supporters of the party’s preparedness, Kwankwaso stressed that the NNPP remains strong and focused ahead of the 2027 elections, urging members to remain committed and steadfast as the political season draws closer.
