Kano APC Stakeholders Endorse Tinubu for 2027, Vow Landslide Victory Across 44 LGAs

Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) across all 484 wards and 44 Local Government Areas of Kano State have formally endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the party’s sole presidential candidate for the 2027 general election.

The endorsement was announced during a strategic stakeholders’ meeting led by former APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, who said the gathering was convened to strengthen unity, loyalty, and alignment with the policies of the federal government under Tinubu.

Ganduje revealed that party leaders had held intensive consultations over the last three days with chairmen and political figures from all 44 LGAs to reinforce commitment to the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

He said the stakeholders unanimously agreed to deliver overwhelming victories for the APC in Kano in 2027 — “from top to bottom” — while also ensuring robust support for Tinubu across the entire Northern region.

“We have agreed that by 2027, the party will win all elections in Kano State and guarantee full victory for President Tinubu in the North and across Nigeria,” Ganduje said.

He disclosed that the meeting also emphasized the need for full reactivation of party offices across the state, saying functional structures would encourage new members to join the APC.

“We informed members that for the party to remain active, its offices must be accessible and operational to welcome decampees from other parties,” he noted.

The stakeholders also deliberated on the rollout of the APC’s electronic membership registration, confirming that computers and necessary resources had already been procured to commence the process.

Ganduje reminded members that Kano State previously recorded the highest number of registered party faithful nationwide and stressed that the new e-registration exercise aims to maintain and surpass that record.
