Chelle Unveils Star-Studded Super Eagles Provisional Squad for AFCON 2025

Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle, has announced his provisional squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, set to kick off later this month and run through January 2026.

The list, released on Tuesday via the team’s official X handle, features a strong mix of experience and rising talent. Top forwards Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, and Tolu Arokodare headline the attack, while first-choice goalkeepers Maduka Okoye and Stanley Nwabali also make the cut.

The midfield boasts established names including Alex Iwobi, Wilfred Ndidi, and Frank Onyeka, supported by an array of emerging players.
