Mixed Reactions Trail Ned Nwoko’s Explosive Claims About Regina Daniels’ Alleged Drug Abuse

Reactions have continued to pour in following Senator Ned Nwoko’s shocking outburst against his actress wife, Regina Daniels.

A disturbing video that surfaced online on Saturday showed the screen diva in distress, alleging domestic violence in the Nwoko household.

However, in a swift response on Sunday, the lawmaker took to his social media pages to dismiss the allegations, attributing Regina’s behavior to the influence of drugs and alcohol.

According to him, the actress “needs urgent rehabilitation or else, I fear for her life,” claiming she has relocated to a place where she has full access to drugs.

Nwoko also accused Regina’s supposed brother, Sammy, and another woman he described as “a tiny evil devil called Ann,” of supplying the substances.

His statement has since sparked heated reactions across social media, with users divided over the revelation.

While some backed the senator’s claims, others criticized him for taking the issue public.

@L_victor014 wrote: “Ned Nwoko has shown how daft he is. Trying to blackmail Regina Daniels and her brother Sammy for taking drugs… If she really doesn’t have an edge over him, he couldn’t have done this.”

@okaforu22 added: “My sister-in-law, who’s an actress in Asaba, used to tell us how Regina would sneak into the bush to allegedly do drugs during movie shoots long before she married Ned. So this doesn’t surprise me.”

@TaraBlinkz commented: “If Daniels was using drugs all along, why wait until now to speak up? Waiting for a fight to address drug abuse is a failure in marriage.”

But @HiikyaaTor disagreed, writing: “Ned Nwoko coming out to say his wife is battling drug and alcohol abuse publicly is a big low! For a woman you claim to love, this is disgraceful.”

As the controversy deepens, the Nwokos’ marital crisis has once again dominated public discourse, raising fresh questions about privacy, accountability, and the pressures of celebrity marriages.
