ABUJA — The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday convened its 102nd National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja, drawing top leaders and stakeholders from across the country.

The gathering, which commenced at 2 p.m., brought together PDP governors, elder statesmen, and senior party figures including Chief Bode George and Professor Jerry Gana.
Photos from the meeting were shared on the party’s official social media handles, showcasing the presence of key power brokers as the opposition party maps out its next political moves.

Top on the agenda are deliberations on the report of the National Zoning Committee and preparations for the party’s forthcoming national convention — a development many see as critical to PDP’s survival and relevance ahead of the 2027 general elections.
