Jimoh Babatunde Yekeen has stepped down from his role as head coach of Nationwide League One (NLO) side, Ogbomosho United.

According to reports, Yekeen submitted his resignation to the club on Friday, marking an early shake-up in the team’s technical leadership just four matches into the 2025 campaign.

Ogbomosho United have struggled to find form this season, managing only two points from a possible twelve. Their poor performance has left them languishing in ninth position on the NLO (Iseyin Center) league table.

The club, which has been eyeing a return to the Nigeria National League (NNL) next season, now faces the challenge of finding a new manager to steady the ship and reignite their promotion hopes.
