Nigeria international Frank Onyeka is attracting serious interest from multiple European clubs, with Burnley, Stuttgart, and Fiorentina reportedly leading the race for the Brentford midfielder.
Onyeka, 27, has returned to Brentford after spending last season on loan at Bundesliga side FC Augsburg. However, his future remains uncertain following the departure of Brentford manager Thomas Frank, who recently joined Tottenham Hotspur.
Speaking to reporters, Onyeka admitted he is unsure where he will be playing next season, as he awaits the appointment of Brentford’s new manager before making a decision.
With just one year left on his contract, the defensive midfielder is believed to be hesitant about signing a new deal with the Premier League outfit.
According to transfer expert Ben Jacobs, interest in Onyeka extends beyond the three front-runners, with several other clubs also monitoring his situation closely.
As the summer transfer window heats up, Onyeka’s next move could become one of the more intriguing stories to watch.
