President Muhammadu Buhari and former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adams Oshionhole, are currently in a meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Oshiomhole was a regular visitor to the Presidential Villa when he was the chairman of the ruling party but stopped in June when the party dissolved its National Working Committee.
He arrived at the Villa at about 2:50 pm in his trademark brown safari suit.
The reason for the former APC Chairman’s meeting at the Presidential Villa was not made public, but it may not be unconnected to the forthcoming governorship elections in Edo State as there is a battle between Oshiomhole and his successor, Godwin Obaseki, who is seeking re-election on the platform of the PDP after being disqualified from contesting for the APC ticket.
