Reality TV star Uriel Oputa has shared her experience of being denied cosmetic procedures in the United Kingdom. On Instagram, Uriel revealed that she was declined both Botox and a thread lift, popular treatments for wrinkles and sagging skin.
According to Uriel, the practitioner refused to perform Botox, a procedure that temporarily paralyzes facial muscles to reduce wrinkles, and a thread lift, a minimally invasive procedure designed to lift and tighten aging skin. The practitioner cited her skin as being “too tight” for the procedures, expressing surprise at her age.
Uriel used this experience to caution her fans against using bleaching and organic creams, which she believes strip away essential skin layers vital for fighting skin diseases and aging.
Instead, Uriel advocates for a natural approach to skincare and wellness, emphasizing the importance of healthy eating, hydration, and vitamins. She wrote, “I have been rejected from doing Botox in the UK. I also wanted to do a thread lift but the lady said my skin is way too tight already. She was shocked to learn my age. Not knocking anyone but right now if you are using Organic or bleaching cream you’re stripping away important skin layers which are useful for fighting skin diseases and aging. When you use these creams ask yourself why you get spots or dark patches. You would be surprised how eating healthy drinking water and taking vitamins will transform you from inside out.”
