President Bola Ahmed Tinubu means well for Nigeria and is relentless in ensuring the country overcomes its current economic challenges, former Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo student leader, Mr Yusuf Adetimirin, has said.
Speaking against the backdrop of protests in the country, the ex-Language Arts and Social Science Education Students’ Association (LASSESA) president challenged youths to come up with creative solutions that would lift the country, rather than engaging in protests.
Quoting Edmund Burke, Adetimirin, who stressed the need for patriotism at a time like this, said: “To complain of the age we live in, to murmur at the present possessors of power, to lament the past, to conceive extravagant hopes of future are the common dispositions of the greatest part of mankind.”
