The President commended the dedication and resilience of military personnel, emphasizing his commitment to ensuring they receive the necessary backing to succeed in their missions.

“I’m deeply moved, filled with pride and gratitude for those who wear the uniform of the Armed Forces. I use this opportunity to warn those who challenge our men and women in uniform: you will not succeed. I salute our armed forces, who have never lost a battle, and I assure you, this one will be no different—you will win and win again,” he said.

Tinubu also praised the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) for his vision and leadership in initiating the construction of a modern barracks for military personnel, describing it as a significant step toward improving the welfare of the Armed Forces.

The new headquarters complex, once completed, is expected to serve as a strategic command center and improve operational efficiency in addressing national security challenges.
