Describing Oluwatuyi, fondly known as Tukana, as a significant figure in the state’s political and governance landscape, the governor lauded his impactful contributions to Ondo State.

“Hon Tayo Oluwatuyi, you came, you lived, you performed your God-given tasks, and impacted lives,” Governor Aiyedatiwa said. “You have decided to leave us at a time we never expected, but God said it is time to come home. May you rest at the bosom of your Creator. Amen.”

The Governor also assured the bereaved family of the government’s full support during this difficult period.

The late Oluwatuyi, a respected leader in the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, passed away days after the accident at an undisclosed hospital. His death has drawn widespread condolences, with President Bola Tinubu and several state governors expressing their sorrow.
