Luxury Prime Properties: Making High-Quality Real Estate Affordable for Nigerians

0

Luxury Prime Properties, a leading real estate company, recently featured on the YourView TV show to discuss its mission to bridge the gap in Nigeria’s real estate market. The company’s CEO highlighted the significant issues of property undervaluation and overvaluation, which have made property ownership challenging for many Nigerians.

During the show, the CEO Mr Sam Eze cited a scenario in Abuja where a property valued at ₦100 million is being priced at ₦200 million, exacerbating accessibility issues. He emphasized that while Luxury Prime Properties aims to make a profit, its core mission is to make real estate more affordable without compromising on quality.

Luxury Prime Properties began operations in 2019, initially offering short-let services that provided guests with quality service and a serene environment in Abuja. The high demand from guests interested in purchasing properties prompted the company to expand into real estate development and sales in 2021. This transition was based on the trust and rapport established with their clientele.

Currently, Luxury Prime Properties operates in Abuja, Lagos, and Kigali, Rwanda, with plans for further expansion. The company offers a range of properties in areas like Idu and Kurudu, starting at ₦10 million, with houses priced between ₦50-60 million. They also provide a flexible payment plan requiring a 40% deposit, with the balance spread over 12 months, ensuring luxury remains affordable without sacrificing value or standards.

The CEO assured that all Luxury Prime Properties are safe from the recent demolition activities in Abuja by FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, as the company adheres to all necessary building plan approvals. “Minister Wike’s actions are targeted at unauthorized shanties, and Luxury Prime Properties ensures all projects comply with regulatory standards,” he stated.

For off-plan purchases, clients receive comprehensive documentation, including a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Deed of Assignment, Deed of Partitioning, and Contract of Sale, ensuring transparency and security in all transactions.

Luxury Prime Properties continues to set the standard in the real estate market by providing high-quality, affordable housing solutions across Nigeria and beyond.
