Kebbi Governor Unveils ₦580.32bn 2025 Budget for Growth and Infrastructure

Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Nasir Idris, has presented a ₦580.32 billion budget proposal for the 2025 fiscal year to the State House of Assembly.

Dubbed the “Budget of Economic and Infrastructural Consolidation,” the plan prioritizes economic development and infrastructure improvement.

Governor Idris revealed that ₦453 billion is allocated to capital projects, while ₦127 billion is set aside for recurrent expenses.

Deputy Speaker Mohammed Samaila Bagudo assured the governor of the Assembly’s commitment to a prompt review and passage of the budget, emphasizing its potential for sustainable development and long-term prosperity in Kebbi State.
