CoacIphie’s professional journey spans over 16 years in brand management, sales, and media, with notable experience at Procter & Gamble and Cadbury (Mondelēz International). Currently, as Chief Commercial Officer at CAP Plc, she has led the Sales and Marketing function to an impressive 51% revenue growth in less than nine months, demonstrating her leadership and strategic vision.
Prior to joining Move Afrika at Global Citizen, CoacIphie was instrumental in reigniting growth for iconic brands such as Bournvita in Nigeria and Richoco in Ghana, as Head of Marketing Cocoa Beverages at Cadbury Nigeria. At Procter & Gamble, she held key leadership roles, including Senior Marketing Manager for Oral Care West and East Africa, where she led her team to double-digit growth during a recession.
In addition to her professional achievements, CoschIphie serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of FINCA Microfinance Bank and is the founder of Sheer Virtuosity, a platform aimed at supporting women’s growth across all facets of life. Her commitment to mentorship has not only driven her success but also paved the way for many women to succeed, making her a fitting nominee for the ELOY Award in Education and Mentorship.
