Nick Imudia, a former Chief Executive Officer of Konga, has reportedly taken his own life. The tragic incident occurred on Tuesday evening when Imudia jumped from the balcony of his apartment in the Lekki area of Lagos State.

Imudia, originally from the Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, made a call to his brother in the United States before his death, giving instructions on how to distribute his wealth. He also called his young daughter, assuring her that he would always be there for her.

Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident on Thursday, stating, “Yes, it is true. He committed the act on June 25.”

Friends, family, and associates of Imudia remain in shock and are searching for answers as to why he would take such a drastic step. Imudia was previously married to the mother of his daughter, but their marriage ended due to irreconcilable differences.
