Chelsea’s Premier League away fixtures in September 2025 have been rescheduled with updated kick-off times, the club confirmed on Wednesday via its official website.
The Blues’ London derby against Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium will now kick off at 8:00 p.m., though the match date remains unchanged — Saturday, 13 September.
The following weekend, Chelsea will travel to Old Trafford to face Manchester United in another high-profile clash. That fixture has also been moved to a later time, now set to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, 20 September.
Both matches are expected to be broadcast live on television, prompting the adjustments.
Chelsea, under manager Enzo Maresca, enjoyed a strong 2024/2025 campaign, finishing in the Premier League’s top four behind Manchester City, Arsenal, and Liverpool. Earlier this month, they added international silverware to their trophy cabinet, clinching the FIFA Club World Cup with a victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the United States.
