#BUHARIMUSTGO protest staged in Abuja

Members of the #RevolutionNow have staged an early morning protest in Abuja on Monday, demanding that President Muhammadu Buhari must go.

More than 100 youths who trooped to the street along with the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport in Abuja carried different placards with clear messages of dissatisfaction about the current administration’s poor governance, deepening insecurity, the rising figures of poverty, and human rights abuses.

The members vowed to keep pushing for their demands until Nigerians begin to enjoy the values of democracy across the country.

The anti-government protesters had staged a protest on June 12, Democracy Day in Abuja to expressed their anger on the deteriorating situations in the country but the action was disrupted by security operatives with tear gas as well as the harassment of the protesters and journalists who were detained for hours and later released.
