The Bauchi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has affirmed Governor Bala Mohammed of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s victory in the state’s March 18th governorship election.
The decision was delivered by a three-member panel chaired by Justice P.T Kwahar.
The tribunal dismissed the case submitted by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its governorship candidate, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, a former Chief of Air Staff.
It concluded that there was no compelling grounds to annul the election because it was conducted in accordance with the law.
