The National President of the Afenifere National Youth Council, Prince Eniola Ojajuni, has issued a desperate plea for help after being abducted, with his kidnappers demanding a N100 million ransom for his release.
In a disturbing video circulating online on Monday, Prince Ojajuni was seen in a distressed state, appealing to Nigerians for financial assistance. A kidnapper, wielding an AK-47, was visibly seen pointing the weapon at the victim’s chest as he pleaded for donations.
“Nigerians, please help me! Your donation — N100,000, N50,000, or N1,000,000 — can go a long way in saving my life,” he begged.
The abductors have reportedly set a 3:00 p.m. Monday deadline, threatening to kill the youth leader if the ransom is not paid.
The National Secretary of the Afenifere National Youth Council, Abiodun Aderohunmu, confirmed the abduction and the ransom demand, stating that the kidnappers have contacted the victim’s family.
Security agencies are yet to release an official statement on the incident.
