Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, has opened up about why he chose to keep his children away from the public eye.
In a heartfelt post shared via his X (formerly Twitter) handle, the rapper clarified that his decision was not an attempt to conceal their existence but rather a deliberate effort to shield them from the harshness of the outside world.
Sharing photos of his children, he wrote:
“I did not hide my kids from the world, I hid the world from my kids.”
While Odumodublvck gave fans a rare glimpse into his fatherhood, he remained tight-lipped about the identity of their mother — sparking curiosity and speculation among his followers.
The post quickly went viral and triggered a wave of reactions from fans. Social media user Daniel Regha praised the children but challenged the rapper on his lyrical themes.
“Odumodu, your kids are lovely; God bless them abundantly. Now as a dad, are you proud of the kind of musical content you put out? Think of the type of mindset you promote,” he commented.
Another follower, @amy_beke, expressed surprise, asking, “Wow, you have kids? Are you married?”
@iyawo_oba004 added humorously, “So why you come still post them since you hiding the world from them?”
Odumodublvck’s revelation comes amid growing interest in the personal lives of Nigerian entertainers, highlighting the balance many try to strike between fame and family privacy.
