Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has publicly expressed her regret over her involvement in advocating for the exhumation of late singer Mohbad. Speaking in a candid interview with Biola Bayo on the ‘Talk to B’ podcast, Ojo revealed that she deeply regrets her earlier stance, given the ongoing delays in the singer’s burial and the complexities surrounding the matter.

Ojo explained, “I wouldn’t have requested that Mohbad be exhumed if I knew his case would turn out this way. He hasn’t been buried yet, and the situation has only grown more complicated.”

The actress’s regret stems from the unresolved issues, particularly the ongoing dispute between Mohbad’s family members. The late singer’s father has requested a DNA test, a request that has been granted by the court. However, reports suggest that the father has imposed further conditions, adding to the already tense situation surrounding Mohbad’s death and burial.

Ojo’s statements highlight the emotional and legal turmoil that has unfolded since Mohbad’s passing, shedding light on the difficult journey the family continues to navigate.
