Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has explained why 1,000 bottles of baby oil were found in the rapper’s Beverly Hills mansion during a March raid by federal officers. The supplies, which Homeland Security believed were intended for use in orgies dubbed “freak-offs,” have sparked curiosity since the discovery.
In a new TMZ Studios documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Agnifilo clarified that the large stock of baby oil was purely for family use, noting that Diddy tends to shop in bulk. “I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know,” Agnifilo said.
He further argued that consensual adult activities, such as Diddy’s “Freak Offs,” which he stated typically involved threesomes with Diddy, his ex-girlfriend Cassie, and another male, are not the orgies prosecutors claim they were.
Agnifilo emphasized that it is important not to become overly judgmental about consensual activities between adults. “We can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was, there would be no more people,” he added.
This development follows Diddy’s arrest at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan, New York, on September 16. The 54-year-old rapper faces charges of racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, though he has pleaded not guilty.
Agnifilo remains firm that the charges are unjust and insists his client is “not a criminal” and is determined to clear his name in court.
