Dangote Refinery Slashes Petrol Price to ₦865 per Litre

0

In a move that promises a measure of relief for Nigerian consumers, Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a reduction in the ex-depot (ex-gantry) price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), lowering it from ₦880 to ₦865 per litre.

An official of the $20 billion refinery confirmed the development on Thursday in a statement to newsmen, noting that oil marketers and distributors have already been briefed on the new pricing structure.

The price adjustment comes amid persistent concerns over soaring fuel costs and their ripple effects on inflation and transportation across the country.

More details are expected to follow.
