0

Dangote Refinery has once again reduced the price of Automotive Gas Oil (diesel), bringing it down to ₦1,020 per litre from the previous ₦1,075—a ₦55 reduction.

The spokesperson for Dangote Group, Anthony Chiejina, confirmed the price adjustment on Tuesday.

“Yes, we have reduced the price of our diesel,” he stated.

Since commencing diesel production in January 2024, the refinery has implemented multiple price cuts, bringing the cost down significantly from an initial ₦1,700 per litre to the current rate.

This latest reduction reinforces Dangote Refinery’s role in shaping Nigeria’s energy sector, offering price relief amid fluctuating fuel costs.
