A tribunal sitting in Osogbo the capital of Osun State nullified the victory of Osun State Governor Adeleke.
The Tribunal ordered INEC to withdraw Certificate of Return issued to Gov. Adeleke.
The tribunal decided this during the judgement delivered on Friday.
The tribunal said there was over voting on the examination of beverse manipulation.
