Low turnout marked the “Buhari Must Go” protest in the Osogbo capital of Osun State on Saturday.
Activist Omoyele Sowore had called on Nigerians to come out en mass to join a protest tagged “Buhari Must Go” on June 12, 2021.
Youths numbering about 11 gathered around the Oke-Fia roundabout at 10:35 am with banners, placards and two of them were sharing hand flyers to enlighten passersby.
Their demands are: reduce the bogus salaries of politicians, Justice for #ENDSARS victims, Abolish 1999 constitution, End Insecurity, End Terrorism and Banditry constitution, Free all detained activists.
The list also includes; Reverse electricity tariff, End ASUP Strike, Revert fuel price and stop further increment, Reverse party Deregistration, Pantami must go and Buhari Must Go.
The youths later marched towards Old-Garage via Nelson Mandela Freedom Park, Osogbo chanting anti-government songs.
