HOW TO PREP FOR 2023! Resetting, resolutions, vision boards, discarding bad habits etc.

At this time of the year, many of us get emotional and delve into the process of planning and budgeting for 2023. We have so many expectations and aspirations for the coming year, we plan ahead with so much effort and focus involved. In our personal journey into and through 2023, we decide now that we put in a little time so that the new year delivers in ways that are very meaningful to us

Early preparation for 2023 means that we find ourselves at the year’s end scrambling to find the last few minutes to restrategize, re-focus, re-enact change and every other thing we want to achieve personally and professionally next year. But to do this, we need to throw out the garbage, junks and unnecessary stuff first of all so we have a whole clear space to set things in motion.

A few reminders of some things to leave behind in 2023.

  1. DOUBT
  2. NOT CELEBRATING YOUR WINS
  3. NOT POSTING OUT OF FEAR
  4. OVERTHINKING
  5. UNREALISTIC GOALS
  6. UNCLEAR BOUNDARIES
  7. CLUTTER + BEING DISORGANISED
  8. INCONSISTENCY
  9. NEGATIVITY
  10. PEOPLE PLEASING

It is so easy to get caught up in these things and not realise it, but we each deserve to anticipate in optimism the new year. Save this for when you need a reminder!
